INSURANCE WE ACCEPT


Please note that we will bill your insurance company for sessions completed. If your insurance company denies payment or does not cover counseling, you are responsible to pay the balance due at that time. However, you will be informed first in such cases. Please note that you remain responsible to pay us all the charges not paid by your insurance company, subject to the rules of any federal or state health insurance program such as Medicaid, or to other contractual provisions that may limit a patient’s responsibility to pay for healthcare costs and services. Payment shall be due at the time of the appointment or within fifteen days of service if billed monthly.

OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT


We accept cash and all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks.

Please note that all payments and/or co-payments are due at the time of each appointment and will be charged to the credit or debit card you have on file with us.
